The service
DigTide aggregates publicly available tide predictions, season announcements, and shellfish-safety information for recreational planning. It is an independent product, not affiliated with WDFW, WA DOH, or NOAA.
Planning only — verify officially
Information in the app can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Regulations, seasons, and biotoxin closures change quickly. You are solely responsible for verifying current rules and closures with official sources and for holding a valid license before harvesting. Do not rely on DigTide as your only source for legal or safety decisions.
Subscriptions
DigTide Pro is billed through Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms. Trials convert unless cancelled before the trial ends; manage or cancel anytime in your store account settings. Emergency closure alerts remain free.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse, reverse-engineer, resell, or disrupt the service or its data feeds.
Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigTide is not liable for losses arising from use of the app, including citations, spoiled trips, or illness — shellfish safety decisions must be made against official DOH guidance.
