Support

Questions, bug reports, or a beach status that looks wrong? Email support@digtide.com — a human reads everything.

The app says a beach is open/closed but the state says otherwise

Official sources always win. Every status card links to WDFW / WA DOH — trust them, then tell us so we can fix the feed. Data older than a few hours shows a "verify officially" warning by design.

How do alerts work?

Emergency closure alerts are free for everyone. Pro adds instant dig-approval push, minus-tide alerts the evening before, morning-of reminders, and crab openers. Notifications require permission in your system settings.

Managing your subscription

Pro is billed by Google Play or the App Store. Cancel anytime from your store subscription settings; access continues to the end of the paid period. Use "Restore purchases" in DigTide settings after reinstalling.

Which beaches are covered?

The five managed Washington razor-clam beaches: Copalis, Mocrocks, Long Beach, Twin Harbors, and Kalaloch. Oregon is on the roadmap for the season after launch.
